Global Files in Brightriver are designed for documents you want to access across multiple deals such as market research, industry reports, or reusable data files. By combining Deal Files and Global Files in an Explore session, you can generate richer, more comprehensive insights.
Steps to Use Global and Deal Files Together
Open Explore
Navigate to the deal you want to analyze.
Go to the Explore section.
Open Sources
At the bottom of the chat window, click the Sources button.
By default, all Deal Files are already selected.
Select Global Files
Click on the Global Files tab.
Choose the global files you want to include.
The files you select will appear at the top of the chat window.
Ask Your Question
Type your query into the text box and press Go.
Brightriver will generate a more complete answer that combines insights from both Deal Files and Global Files, helping you make stronger, better-informed analyses.
